Return & Refund Policy

At Legacy by Bismillah, we take pride in providing premium-quality men's unstitched fabric. We carefully inspect our products before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that:

The fabric is completely unused.
The fabric has not been cut, stitched, altered, washed, or damaged.
The original packaging and tags, where applicable, are intact.
The product is returned in its original condition.
Proof of purchase/order details are provided.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Fabric that has been cut or altered.
Fabric that has been washed or used.
Fabric that has been stitched or tailored.
Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
Products returned after the 7-day return period.
Products purchased during a final sale, where specifically stated.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide clear photographs or a video of the product and packaging to help us verify the issue.

After verification, Legacy by Bismillah may offer:

A replacement of the product, or
A refund, where a replacement is not available.

4. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us through WhatsApp, phone, or email with:

Order number
Customer name
Contact number
Reason for return
Clear photographs/videos, where applicable

Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if the request is approved.

Please do not send a product back without receiving return confirmation from our team.

5. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, Legacy by Bismillah will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For returns requested for reasons other than a product defect or our error, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

6. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method used for the order, or through another agreed method where necessary.

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after the return has been approved. The actual time for the amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

7. Exchanges

Where applicable, customers may request an exchange for an eligible product within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange products must meet the same unused, uncut, unwashed, and undamaged conditions stated in this policy.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Legacy by Bismillah as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the return procedure described above.

9. Color Variation

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, slight differences may occur due to photography, lighting, monitor settings, and individual device displays.

Minor color variation alone may not qualify a product for return or refund.

10. Important Note for Unstitched Fabric

Because our products are sold as unstitched fabric, customers are strongly advised to inspect the fabric carefully before cutting, stitching, washing, or altering it.

Once fabric has been cut, stitched, washed, altered, or used, it will generally not be eligible for return or refund.
